The most colorful volley shot in the history of football !…

A volley is an airborne strike in football (soccer), where a player’s foot shoots the ball before it has time to reach the ground. So neither in the sky nor on the ground, but in the in-between, ideal subject for a “semi-abstract”, and improvised, painting…

The most famous volley is Zinedine Zidane’s against Bayer Leverkusen in the 2002 Champions League final, which gave Real Madrid their ninth European Cup. [ See on video ]

Other footballers well known for their volleys : James Rodriguez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Luis Suarez, Arjen Robben, Robin van Persie… Add names in the comments !
